「聊参谋」应用（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）致力于保护您的个人隐私。我们深知对话与人际关系数据的敏感性，因此本应用采用隐私第一的本地化安全设计，确保您的数据牢牢控制在您手中。

1. 个人数据收集、处理与存储

本应用主要作为一个本地辅助工具运行，关于您的数据处理，我们遵循以下核心原则：

  • 本地 OCR 截图识别：您导入的聊天截图仅用于在本地进行文字识别（OCR）。所有截图图像和提取的文字处理均在您的设备本地进行，我们绝不上传、收集或存储您的聊天截图。
  • 本地结构化关系记忆：本应用帮您整理沉淀的联系人信息、喜好、互动状态和待办承诺等“关系记忆”均保存在您设备的本地数据库中。我们不设立远程服务器存储这些关系数据。
  • AI 服务调用与文本传输：当您配置并使用 AI 服务生成回复时，为了生成回复建议，我们需要将识别到的干净聊天文本（不含任何截图图像、元数据或敏感背景信息）发送给您配置或我们提供的 AI 模型服务。我们绝不会将您的任何图像数据或未脱敏数据发送给 AI 服务。
  • 自主控制与删除：您拥有对数据的完全控制权。您可以随时在应用内手动删除特定的联系人、关系记忆、单条聊天记录，或一键清除应用内的所有本地数据。
  • 云同步说明：目前本应用不支持云端账号与同步功能。如果未来我们接入账号体系或云端自动同步，我们将在此隐私政策中补充云端存储、传输加密等安全说明，并征得您的明示同意。

2. 权限访问与系统数据

我们不读取您 iOS 系统的系统通讯录（Contacts）。所有的联系人数据均由您在应用内手动创建昵称以进行记录。我们仅在您主动导入截图时申请相册读取权限，此权限仅用于获取您选择的单张聊天截图以进行本地识别。

3. 第三方SDK与广告跟踪

本应用为效率工具：

  • 不用于广告追踪：应用内不包含任何广告，因此没有集成任何广告归因或广告追踪 SDK。我们绝不收集您的广告标识符（如 IDFA 等）。
  • 不出售用户数据：我们绝不将您的任何聊天内容、识别出的关系数据或应用使用情况出售给任何第三方机构。

4. 数据安全

由于您的主要关系记忆和识别记录均加密存储于本地，您的设备安全至关重要。我们建议您开启 iOS 设备的面容锁/密码锁，并定期通过系统备份您的手机以防止数据丢失。

5. 政策变更

我们可能会根据应用功能的迭代，适时更新本隐私政策。若有任何变更，我们会在本页面公布最新的隐私政策并更新页面顶部的日期。

Privacy Policy

ChatCounsel ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is fully committed to protecting your personal privacy. We understand the sensitivity of chat records and relational logs. Therefore, the App is designed with a privacy-first on-device security structure, ensuring your data remains strictly under your control.

1. Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data

The App functions primarily as an on-device utility. Regarding your data processing, we strictly adhere to the following principles:

  • On-Device OCR Recognition: Any chat screenshots you import are used solely for character recognition (OCR) locally. All image parsing and text extraction are handled strictly on your device. We do not upload, collect, or store your screenshots.
  • Local Structured Relationship Memory: The "Relationship Memories" organized by the app—such as contact preferences, interaction logs, and promises—are stored strictly locally on your device\'s local storage. We do not operate backend servers to host these database records.
  • AI Service Usage & Clean Text: When you configure and request AI-generated reply suggestions, the App transmits only the sanitized chat text (excluding raw images, photo metadata, or background metrics) to the selected AI provider to draft recommendations.
  • User Control & Deletion: You hold absolute authority over your data. You may manually delete individual contacts, relationship memories, chat history, or wipe all application data locally at any time.
  • Future Cloud Synchronization: Currently, the App operates without accounts or cloud syncing. If we introduce user profiles or automatic cloud syncing in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy with details regarding cloud encryption, storage terms, and seek your explicit consent.

2. Access Permissions and System Data

We do not read or access your system Contacts directory. All profiles are manually created with custom nicknames by you within the App. We request access to your Photo Library only when you manually pick a chat screenshot for local OCR parsing.

3. Third-Party SDKs and Ad Tracking

The App is a pure productivity tool:

  • No Advertising Trackers: The App contains zero advertising modules, and we do not collect or track advertising identifiers (such as IDFA).
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell or lease your chat transcripts, parsed summaries, or user metrics to any third parties.

4. Data Security

Since your relational logs and chat histories are stored strictly locally with device encryption, securing your iOS hardware is essential. We recommend setting up Face ID / Passcodes and conducting regular iCloud backups to safeguard your files.

We may update our Privacy Policy as we introduce new features. Any updates will be posted directly on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
